Marwi Group, in response to the specialized bicycle market segmentation, has developed six major component brands marketed to 70 countries worldwide. With 38 years of professional bicycle pedal design, production, and sales, over 100 million people globally have used our products. The European market is based on the subsidiaries in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic, setting up a Just In Time supply system to provide the fastest service to customers.
The main products are bicycle pedals, saddles, and related bicycle components. The headquarters and main production site are located in Taiwan, and a factory was established in Indonesia in 1992. The company has rapidly grown in the European market through brand acquisitions. It operates in a B2B manner, with sales and retail display points located in the Netherlands. The main sales are in the European bicycle market, accounting for more than 70%.
Taiwan's headquarters of Marwi Industrial started the industrial chain upgrade in 2013, mastering innovative design, simulation analysis, and product development verification capabilities in design and R&D. In manufacturing, automated production equipment for the pedal body supply chain, plastic injection, aluminum die-casting, CNC fully automated processing machines, and precision centerless grinding machines have been successively built and processed in-house. The automated production equipment for pedal axles uses the latest five-die five-stroke machines, providing more accurate scale intervals and axle roundness, meeting the high-standard specifications required by automated robot assembly lines. Since 2020, Marwi has also promoted the AI flexible intelligent production construction plan for the supply chain, advancing the company towards smart manufacturing.
In response to the trend of international markets, Marwi Group has integrated cloud technology to meet customer needs, market channels, customer orders, and the headquarters ERP system, transmitting information electronically. This provides customers with the fastest product delivery, the most market-oriented product development, and the most cost-effective production calculations, striving towards the goal of Industry 4.0 technological and digital intelligent factories.
Currently, an expansion investment plan is underway, with assistance from SME banks providing loans to adjust financial expenditures. Long-term smooth cooperation in various businesses ensures stable operations, aiming to become the world's largest pedal manufacturer and enhance product profitability.
